Enhancement Plans

The local planning authority (LPA) may have a policy to increase biodiversity in their geographical area through planning applications. This can take two forms; 1. Biodiversity Net Gain and 2. Species enhancements. These reports deal exclusively with the latter. Therefore, the LPA may ask or condition a habitat/enhancement plan as part of your scheme.
