Some great finds over the course of the bat survey season, thus far we have had common pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pipistrellus) and soprano pipistrelle (P. pygmaeus) roosts, along with brown long eared (Plecotus auritus) roosts, however by far the best find thus far this year has been a barbastelle (Barbastella barbastellus) found in a barn/car-port area within a dwelling building.
